New Journal CHEST^® Account Setup

Note: It may take up to 24-72 hours from the time you join CHEST for your journal access to activate. We appreciate your patience during that time. If you are unable to activate your account after 72 hours, please use the contact information below for help.

1. Visit journal.chestnet.org, and click the "Register" link at the top right corner of the page.

2. The next screen will prompt you to create your account. Skip this step if you’ve already created an account

   1.Complete the required information, and check the boxes for any alerts you wish to receive.
   
   Note: If your email address is associated with another journal access, you will be recognized as already registered and asked to log in.

3. After completing the registration/login, click the “Claim” link at the page's top right corner.

1. Click the box indicating you receive your subscription through a society membership.

2. Enter your CHEST member ID and the last name associated with your chestnet.org account.

3. Click "Activate Claim."

4. An on-screen message will confirm your activation was successful. After you have created your new account, you can customize your alerts and manage the emails you receive.
