We want your feedback on the process of drafting CHEST's values

In early 2023, CHEST began the process of drafting a new set of organizational values. These values will impact our advocacy and community engagement efforts and help guide business diversity decisions, set expectations for employment and membership, and clearly reflect the culture and commitments of our organization.

In order to ensure that these values represent the CHEST of today as well as providing inspiration for the CHEST of the future, we are holding virtual focus groups to give members the opportunity to provide their feedback on the draft values and participate in the value-setting process. These sessions are an opportunity to come together with other members and contribute your thoughts, perspectives, and insights to the process of organizational value setting. During the course of each 60-minute meeting, participants will engage in a facilitated conversation around the current draft of values and provide feedback that will help shape the next draft.

Sign up to participate in one of three virtual sessions in June to be a part of this important work.

Unable to join us at a session in June? You can still provide your feedback on the CHEST values.

The CHEST Value Setting Work Group deeply appreciates your input and ideas on the current draft of our organizational values. Lending your perspective and insights to this process will help to ensure that we create a set of organizational values that are both pertinent to the CHEST of 2023 and can act as aspirational guides for the CHEST of the future.

Please read a draft of CHEST’s organizational values and respond to the following questions.
