Recognizing the importance of staying connected with the community, we invite our CHEST front-line clinicians to share their experiences and plans for the future as they navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.   

Share your experience by submitting a brief video that addresses the following topics:  

• Describe your first/most challenging COVID-19 case to date.  
• What is the caseload at your institution presently?  
• How prepared are you to manage an influx of patients? What preparations are still underway?  
• What decisions are you struggling with related to the management of confirmed or suspected patients?  
• Has there been any impact on providers involved in case management?  
• What advice do you have for (or do you need from) other clinicians?  
• What asks do you have of policy makers?
