If you have joined in on a CHEST Twitter chat, as a member, you are eligible to receive participation points* for each chat you have participated in. Please fill out the following form and choose the appropriate chat option to receive your participation points.
Rules of participation:
- Respond to each question throughout the chat. Solely retweeting and/or liking other's tweets does not qualify as participation.
